Monthly Fee of $495, Executives retains 100% with Transaction Fee of $295 per side with GCI under $10,000 OR $495 with GCI $10,001 and over.

Plan 2 – 90%

No Fee, No Company Cap

Plan 3 – 90%

Monthly Fee of $150, Executives retains 90% with $15,000 Company Cap
After cap is reached, a $295 Transaction fee applies

Plan 4 – 80%

Monthly Fee of $75, Executives retains 80% with $15,000 Company Cap
After 6 transactions, Executive MAY upgrade to 90% with $150/month fee &
current YTD company cap will apply to annual cap requirements)

Plan 5 –  Broker Training

Monthly Fee of FREE, Executives retains 60% on the 1st four
transactions.After 4 transactions, then Executives may choose either
Plan 2, 3, or 4
